Last updated: 23 October 2026. These terms apply to ipo-netherlands.com and the IPO alerts offered through it.
Notice: This draft should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before publication. Complete the operator details in the Legal notice.
1. Service and scope
IPO NETHERLANDS provides general information about potential and announced IPOs, companies and market developments, together with an email and/or SMS alert service. The operator's details are set out in the Legal notice.
2. Information only; no advice
All content is for general information and educational purposes only. It is not investment advice or a personal recommendation, offer, solicitation or invitation to buy, sell or subscribe to any financial instrument. IPO NETHERLANDS does not provide investment services or manage customer funds. See the Disclaimer.
3. IPO alerts
You may use the form to sign up for free IPO alerts about selected sectors or companies. Required form fields and consent to the contact described in the form are necessary to sign up. We do not guarantee particular content, delivery times or uninterrupted availability. Information about potential IPOs may change or become outdated.
You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. For SMS, you may also reply “STOP”; alternatively, email info@ipo-netherlands.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the website only in compliance with applicable law. You must not interfere with its operation or security, make unauthorised large-scale automated requests, or use its content for unlawful purposes. Legally permitted uses are unaffected.
5. Content and availability
We take reasonable care to provide current information, but do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, timeliness or uninterrupted availability. Content may be changed or removed without prior notice.
6. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, original text, design elements and illustrations on this website are protected by copyright. Uses beyond what the law permits require prior permission from the relevant rights holder. Third-party rights are reserved.
7. Liability
Liability is governed by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where this is not legally permitted, including liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury or mandatory consumer rights.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms prospectively for a valid reason. Any changes affecting consumers are subject to applicable law, and mandatory rights remain unaffected. Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules, insofar as this does not reduce mandatory consumer protection at the consumer's habitual residence.
9. Contact
